  If you are totally not satisfied with the item(s), please contact us via admin@akopedo.com to apply for an exchange or a refund . Our customer care staff will be happy to select a nearest return address for you.

RETURNS

    We’ll gladly accept returning any unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise purchased on akopedo.com by mail. You get 15 days to return your items starting from the order received date. Returns made within 15 days of the order received date will be issued a full refund to the original form of payment.

 
 You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days after received date for a full refund. Full refund will be issued to the original form of payment within 24 hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays) after we finding your returned item is complete.

Important: Once getting your photos we will send you the return address. Also, It’s very kind if you can mention the return reason to get a prioritized processing and better service.
 
 
Note: Please keep us informed of the tracking number after sending, so we can process the refund within 24 hours ( as soon as possible ) once getting the parcel.
 
 
You could also contact info@akopedo.com with a photo of the damage, defect or the wrong item or size you received, as well as your order number. You will get full refund in store credits without returning item(s).
 
Important (Please take Note):
 
   Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.

Only regular priced items may be returned, clearance and end of season sale items cannot be returned.
 
  We strongly recommend that you use a traceable service when returning your item(s). This way you’ll know that it’s been delivered to us. If possible, please send us the tracking code and label picture to info@akopedo.com, so we can facilitate the refund. You will receive an email as soon as your parcel arrives back at our warehouse, and another after your refund processed.
 
 
** Please do not return item directly to Sender Address without notifying us, this warehouse address only for processing orders not for return service.

REFUNDS AND PROCESSING

Refund On Money

  Refunds will be processed within 24 hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays) after we finding your returned item is complete. The funds should appear on your bank statement within 3-5 working days (accurate duration depends on your card issuer). You will receive an email after your refund processed.

  Sometimes, refunds might not show up in your account until your credit card’s next monthly billing statement. These are estimated processing times:

  •   Credit Card: 3-7 business days
  •   PayPal: Immediate

  If you paid with a gift voucher or store credit, this will be credited back to your Akopedo account.
